At Jersevo, we’re committed to ensuring your football jersey arrives as quickly and safely as possible. Below is our shipping policy, outlining everything you need to know about how we handle your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Custom or personalized jerseys may require an additional 2-3 business days to be processed.

  • Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Domestic (US/UK) Orders: 5-7 business days.

    • International Orders: 7-14 business days, depending on the destination country.

  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Domestic (US/UK) Orders: 2-4 business days.

    • International Orders: 3-7 business days, depending on the destination country.

Please note that delivery times are estimates, and delays can occur due to weather, customs processing, or carrier issues.

3. Free Shipping

  • Domestic (US/UK) Orders: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.

  • International Orders: Free shipping is not currently available for international orders, but we offer affordable shipping rates during checkout.

4. International Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping to most countries. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location. International orders may also be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier-related issues in the destination country.

  • Please check with your local customs office for information on any possible duties or taxes before placing your order.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. You can track the status of your order directly through the tracking link provided in the email.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military addresses.

  • Some locations may have restricted shipping services. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will notify you as soon as possible.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We take extra care to pack and ship your order securely. However, once the package is with the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

  • If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it.

  • In case of any delivery problems, you may also contact the carrier directly with the tracking number provided.

8. Order Issues
